error : 9008

Iam getting an error : 9008 when i try to invoke my PDS extender that i
registered with the Project server following the steps given in the
documentation..
...
the doc says tht error 9008 stands for rsExceptionMain..wht does it
mean...any idea...wht could be done to resolve it???

any help is highly appreciated.
