Error 9102 at saving and closin project publeshed

Hi everybody,
when some users with windows account save and close their projects on
project professional to project server, this error showed to them:

"An exception occurred in the Project Server. Project Server encountered a
problem with this error code: 9102. Please contact your server
administrator."

and these projects not see on project center, each user can create a new
project and work on it, but not show on project center or in project on
project server,only project owner could see it, not another person
(administrator not see it!!!!)
please help me,
is the project loss in project server, or I will can display their projects
on project center for administrator?

Hi Hi Hi,
I solve my problem, I add permission "Publish/Update/Status" on each
template that I need, it was worked with no problem and I saw their project
after their save and close them.
