Error (920)

Hi,
I'm using Visio 2003 version. My OS is Win2K, SP4.

I always hit an error message saying 'An error (920)
occurred during the action Save As. An error occorred.
Visio is unable to complete exporing.' whenever I try to
save the .vsd file to graphic files,
like .jpg, .gif, .tif, or .bmp file formats.

I didn't encounter any problem saving the file into the
rest of the file formats available in Visio 2003. Also, my
colleague's PC did not have any problem at all in all file
formats.

Any ideas?

Resolution :

WORKAROUND
==============
1. After choosing to save as GIF/JPG, user will be prompted with an Output
Options dialog.
2. In the Size section,click the Printer option, then re-click/re-select
the Screen option. This will automatically scale down the drawing to what
you see on-screen, instead of the real-world measurements.
3. Click OK.
