Error 9446 while saving project - hotfix didn't help

Hi, I have a problem with one of my projects when saving. The project
has been going for 4 months and there weren't any problems with the project
earlier. Then I started getting Error 9446 when saving.
Now we installed SP1 and the hotfix MS recommended on to the server but it
still
doesn't work (the same error). Does anyone know what causes this error? Does
anyone have suggestions that I could try?
Any help is gladly received.
