Error A doc with the same name is already open.

Error A doc with the same name" whateverdoc.xls"
is already open.
You cannot open 2 doc's with same name, even if the doc's
are in different folders.
To open the 2nd Doc either close the Doc that's currently
open or rename one of the doc's.

Well that's all good and all, but I get this when I open
just one document, any one.

Any one seen this or have a fix.
