We just migrated our users from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007. I have a user
that will just sitting at her machine with Outlook open (not doing anything),
and suddenly the follow popup message shows:
Some appointments and meetings may not appear on your Calendar at the
correct time if you cancel this process. To return to this tool, click
Options, click Calendar Options, click Time Zones, and then click Change
Calendar Time Zone. Are you sure you want to cancel?
She had about 12 appointments that wanted to be updated, but they were all
from 2005 and before. I verified that her time zone was correct, and just
disregarded the message. However, now later on in the day, she's receiving
the error message again. What could be causing this?
