ERROR - Access cant print or preview report - page size exceeds 22.75 inches

All other MS Office 2k applications print fine. However,
after installing a customized application for work, Access
will not print or preview anything. I get an error
stating that the page size exceeds 22.75 inches. It does
not. Has anyone experienced this? How do I fix?
