I have a Windows 2000 server that is in application mode
for terminal services and users are receiving the
following error, when anyone opens Microsoft
Access: "Access failed to start correctly last time.
Starting Access in safe mode will help you correct or
isolate a startup problem in order to succesfully start
the program. Some functionality may be disabled in this
mode. Do you want to start Access in safe mode?" If you
click "No", Access appears to initialize without any
problems. If you click "Yes", it also initializes (but in
safe mode). Upon exiting and trying to re-open, you get
the same error message. It is running Office 2002.
We ran Office Repair and have re-installed Office but
still received the same problem.
Any ideas?
