error accessing file ERROR

Everytime I try to run some(Does not matter which scripts I choose) VBA I
keep getting the following error

"error accessing file. network connection may have been lost"

I'm working on a standalone pc connected to a network, however, my files are
all locally stored.

Anyone have any ideas?
