I have a client that is using Outlook to access their pop mail from the
internet. We are storing their PST files on their server running SBS, so
that we can back them up nightly. I have one use whose pst file is a 97-2002
version of the file ( so it should have a 2 GB limit) However, the users file
is only 1 GB at this point and they are getting message that they cant send
or recieve because they are out of disc space. I checked the server and
there is still 81 GB of free space. Is there a limit to the file size
openable across a network? I was gonna test this by having the user move the
file local and seeing if it makes a difference. The pst are accessed via a
UNC path and not a mapped drive. Is there something I can do so the files
can stay where we can back them up and be able to add to the files
thanks you
