Error accessing public Documents

When I go to "View And Upload Documents" and I click on "Public documents I recieve and error :
"There is a problem establishing a connection with the Web server running Windows SharePoint Services"
I just installed theProject server and everything else appears to be working fine with the exception that I can not upload a project to the server and this is the only problem I can find on the server. Any ideas?

It's absolutely necessary to state what version you're using before we can help you. It would appear as though you haven't completed your installation or you haven't installed everything correctly. Assuming that you're using 2003, review the installation guide sections on configuring SharePoint for Project Server. This could be caused because of proxy server settings, because your COM+ identities were not correctly established, or because your WSSAdmin account is not a member of the SharePoint Central Administrators group.
