Error accessing shared BCM database on remote server

Hi All, and thanks in advance for any help you can provide,

We have a shared Business contact manager database on a remote server that
we've been able to access from 3 different PC's. The fourth PC continues to
receive the following error "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not
complete your last action. Please try again." when it attempts to create an
offline copy.

All PC's are running WinXP Pro w/ Office 2007 SB. All are connecting to the
remote server using a Cisco VPN client. We have the stand alone Business
Contact Manager Database tool and SQL Express loaded on the server.
