Error Acessing File. Network Connection may be lost

I keep getting the error

"Error Acessing File. Network Connection may be lost"

I have added a module to the global.mpt and I think this is what is causing
the problem. If I try and deleted the module I get this message. I also some
times get it when exiting MSP.

I was connected in enterprise mode but changed back to working offline.
Could this be causing the problem.

Does anyone know how to workaround this. I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling MSP 2003 but this does not seem to work (is there anyway to
complete uninstall MSP 2003).

Any help would be appreciated.
