Error activex component cannot create object in MS Access 2003

Hello all
When I try to start the Form Wizard in Acxcess 2003 I get an Error message
saying "activex component cannot create object". I have reduced Macro
Security to Low and the same happens, I have repaired installation and no
change but functionality seems OK as I can insert Cal Control etc... Can
anyone help?
