error activex ole server on load

Hello,
I have created an application in the French version of MSAccess 2003.
When I gave it to a Hebrew version MSAccess user, I receive the following
error immediately after opening the file:
"
The expression On Load you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: A problem occurred while <my application name> was
communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control.
"
I have no clue how to solve this one.
