Error adding a user to a Group

HI

I am having an issue with adding a user to a group in Project Server 2003
with SP 2a. a can create the user but as soon as i want that user to be
joined to a group i get the following Error. An error occurred while
completing the operation.

Juan Pierre,

Is this only happening with one particular user or all users you try
adding to that specific group?

i currently only have 4 users created they are all part of the Administrator
group.
