In Excel 2007, if adding or deleting rows in VBA on a worksheet which is not
active or with ScreenUpdating false, if there is a shape (set up as xlMove)
on the worksheet below the rows being added or deleted, the shape is not
moved so ends up in the wrong place. Activating the worksheet and making
ScreenUpdating true gives correct behaviour.
