Error after Action Query Wizard installation

I tried to install Action Query Wizard for Access 2000.
There were no installation errors.

After that when I start MS Access I receive error message:

"Invalid procedure call or argument 5" + OK button.

When I press OK button I receive the following message:

ActQryWiz
"Run-time error '91':
Object variable or With block variable not set" + OK
button.

After pressing OK Access works normally.

How can I get rid of those error messages?

P.S. Although there were no errors while installing Action
Query Wizard, it is not displayed in the Tools/Database
Utilities menu.
