#Error - after conversion of Access 97 db to Access 2002

I'm not that familiar with Access but I opened a Access 97 database in
Access 2002 and did the conversion successfully (or so it seemed!). The
problem is that, instead of the results that used to occur before the
conversion, #Error appears on the view (in Access 2002) when I do a query.

Any help greatly appreciated.

It may be Reference errors. Try:

If this doesn't help, please post the SQL String of the
Query and indicate the Field / Column that gives #Error.
