Error after removing some features

I went to Add?remove programs & selected CHANGE &
I removed all programs except Word,Excell & Tools.
Now i get a Macro Security message everytime i open a file.
See attached.
I went to:
Options, click Trust Center, and then click Trust Center Settings.
If macro security is set to Disable all macros without notification, all
macros are automatically disabled.
I still get the message.
How do i make it go away ????????

It sounds like you also removed the VBA environment. Try adding it back as
see if that rectifies the issue.

You could also find the add-in that is causing the macro warning and remove
it.

How do i know which is the VBA to add it back ?
Also how do i find the add-in ?

Visual Basic for Applications (VBA0 is in Office 2007 Setup under Shared
Features. Make sure it's set to "Run from my computer".

To find the add-in(s), click the Office Button, click Word Options, and then
click Add-ins. You'll see a list of active and inactive add-ins. To manage
the active add-ins, such as disable them, use the Manage button at the
bottom. If the add-in Type is a template you need to move it out of the
folder in which it's located in (Location column) to disable it. Note that
Word needs to be closed before moving the file(s).
