Error : An unexpected error has occurred.

I receive this message when I try to open Project Web Access. I have went to
my Event error log on the server and find the following errors:

Event ID #6058 Failed to get language information for Project Server
(http://*****/pwa)

Event ID #7888 A runtime exception was detected. Details follow. Message:
The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable.

I run the Configuration wizard and it starts the project web access up and
it runs for a day or two and then I get these error messages again. Does
anyone know what might be causing this? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
