I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with a co-worker who is using Outlook
2003.
She recently changed the location of her .pst file. When "Auto Archive"
runs, she gets an error report in her Deleted box that has the following
entries:
****************************************
Error while archiving folder "Deleted Items" in store "Personal Folders".
You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation.
Error while archiving folder "Sent Items" in store "Personal Folders". You
don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation.
Error while archiving folder "Sent Items" in store "Personal Folders". You
don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation.
Error while archiving folder "Top of Information Store" in store "Mailbox -
[USERNAME HERE]". You don't have appropriate permission to perform this
operation.
***************************************
We've verified that she has permissions on her Archive folder, and, we've
verified that she has permissions on her new .pst file.
We're thinking that that Auto Archive process is looking for her old .pst
file and is returning the errors because it can't find it. Does this seem
plausable and if so, how do we edit the Auto Archive settings so it knows
where to find the new .pst file?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
