Error at Line 1755???

When I install Project Server into an IIS web which uses an IP other than All Unused IPs and I go into the /ProjectServer website for the first time, when I click on Admin and then any of the options, like Manage Users, I get a generic Error Box saying a Runtime Error has occured at Line 1755, Internet Service Error: Object/module not found. Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks.
