error Borland Database Engine not installed

After installing Office 2007 Corel Address Book will not open and gets
error message: Borland Database Engine not installed. Can't load Corel
Address Book Service Provider.
The address book is in Corel WordPerfect 8
Anyone have a fix or workaround for this problem?
