Error: Building Blocks.dotx cannot be opened

I received the following error after updating to Office 2007 Beta 2 TR and
opening Word:

The Office Open XML file Building Blocks.dotx cannot be opened because there
are problems with the contents.

Any ideas, anyone?

Here is a solution that worked for me. The Beta 2 technical refresh was
trying to access a dotx file from the original Beta 2. By deleting this
file, you will force Office to create a new file that it can successfully
open and read.

First, exit all Office programs.

Go to X:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Document
Building Blocks\1033

Find the file named Building Blocks.dotx with a date in the range of
3-30-06. Delete it, or (better) move it to a backup folder or rename it.

Restart Word. The file should be created and Word should work properly. Be
careful! Make a backup of the original Building Blocks.dotx file.

This solution worked for me on 2 of 3 computers. On the 3rd it does not
work. Deleting the normal.dotx template in the "Recent" directory does not
work either. Therefore, help still needed.

The problem on the 3rd computer was a Norton Viruschecker. I disabled it and
activated another virus checker and the problem was solved. HMR
