Error: business contact manager for outlook could not complete you

I am using BCM 2007 on XP SP2.

When I am using the campaign wizard and try to click next on the "Use Plain
Text" option screen, I get the error:

"Business contact manager for outlook could not complete your last action or
actions. Please try again."
