Hello,
I am in a networked enviroment using Office Enterprise, specifically
Outlook. I have a "hung" mailbox in my outlook profile. When I select any
folder in the additional mailbox and perform a search (normal or advanced) I
am unable to open the email listed in the search results, I get error "Cannot
open this item.". If I find the email without using the search function it
opens without issue. In the search results the message cannot be displayed in
Preview Pane nor can I reply or foward the message. Any information regarding
a resolution to this scenario would be very much appreciated.
