Error - Can't open folders

I dounloaded an update to You Send It today and now get the following message
when trying to open Outlook:

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available.
Contact your administrator if this condition persists.

I went to control panel and removed You Send it, restarted, same thing.
Then went to your site and performed the compatibility test and now get a
whole new set of errors. Help! Outlook vital to my business.

Does Outlook start in safe mode?

How to:
Start > Run > Type: outlook.exe /safe > OK button

if all else fails, system restore should work... Did you reboot after
installing yousendit? Try the /safe switch?
