Error CDO 1.21 Email Security Update

I have OS Win 2k, Oulook 2K. Windows is fully updated and patched. Oulook is
fully patched and most of the way updated. I keep getting the following
pop-up error when i attempt to install "Outlook 2000 Collaboration Data
Objects (CDO) Update: Security (English version), "This machine does not have
Microsoft Oulook Email Security Update insalled. Pleas install the Outlook
Security Update before running the CDO 1.21 Email Security Update."

Any info to fix this would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!!

Go to the Office Update site and install the Security Update
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx
