error closing out of Outlook

D

Dan

I just upgraded to MS Office 2003 Pro. About half the time when I close out
of Outlook now, I get an error message. The code is 0x7c910f2b. I did a
Google search and don't find that one. Has anybody else had that problem?

I, too, have started getting the same error message. It doesn't occur when
I have not performed a send/receive during the session.

It always occurs after shutting the program down after running a
send/receive.

I am also running Cloudmark. I notice that I used to get a 'Cloudmark
shutting down' message when I closed Outlook, but I have not been getting
that since the error message has started. Maybe I'll reinstall Cloudmark
SpamNet' and retry. I am thinking as I type, so forgive me.

I'll let you know if it helps, but so far I have not read about any
solutions.

Anybody else with the same problem? Any solutions?

My error message reads:

Instruction at 0x7c910f2b referenced memory at 0x078555bc. Memory could
not be 'read'

In follow up, I have uninstalled Cloudmark SpamNet and the problem stopped.
I reinstalled it again and the error message reappeared.

Not sure if it is a problem unique to SpamNet or if it is a function of any
add on app.

BTW, only started after installing SP2 for me.....
