Error Code: 0x80070641

when i try to install Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB895658) i
am getting this error code 0x80070641 . any help out there?

That error return code points towards the windows installer service. What
service pack are you running in your windows and what version of windows?
MS put out a update for the windows installer ver 3.1 recently did you get
this from windows updates?
Check add/remove programs in the control panel to verify this, and if you do
not see it you can update it via windows updates or get it here as a single
download

Once your installer is up to date try installing again and post the results

i already have the most current installer onboard. do you have any other suggestions? thanks for the quick answer.
