Error code 0x800A0CC1

I just had the Projecr Server 2003 SP1 installed. It
cleared up some problmes. i.e. the Timesheet not being
submitted error. However, when I submiotted hours and
accepted them. I got an Error code of 0x800A0CC1. Does
anyone know what this is and how to fix it.
