Error Code 1305

I am trying to install microsoft office 2000 professional
on an xp operating system. Every time it will terminate
install and this error code of 1305 will come up. It says
d:\pfiles\msoffice\office\BLNMGRPS.DLL
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
