Error code 1335

I am trying to reload MS Office on my new hard drive. I am getting two error
codes: Error 1335 Office 1.cab & Error 2350.
The install fails and backs out. Help!

Error 1335 - The CAB file is corrupt or cannot be read
Error 2350 - Windows Installer is too old for the MSI being executed

Okay how do we / I down load an up date to correct this problem as I can not
see what to click on to do an up date for iether error 1335 / 2350.
