Error code A97 on Service Pack 2 update

Have tried repeatedly to get this to install and always get the following
results:

"Microsoft Office Access Runtime and Data Connectivity 2007 Service Pack 2
(SP2)"
Installation status: Failed
Error details: Code A97 (link to "get help with this error" goes to general
troubleshooting)

Put your Office install media into your CD\DVD Rom while trying to install

I would adore being able to do that, but Dell doesn't supply any CDs when you
buy computers any more. The only way I can find to restore broken software
is to replace the entire C drive using the "restore" partition. Losing a
year's worth of other updates, etc. isn't an option.

Do you know of some other way?

Is this a Trial version of Office that you are trying to Update with SP2

Requests for assistance by email can not and will not be acknowledged.
