error code when using iSpring Converter / Slide Boom

Hello. Has anyone tried the iSpring converter with PowerPoint?
(iSpringsolutions.com). It's a PowerPoint add-in that converts PowerPoint to
flash.
If so, I'm wondering about an error I keep getting when I try to upload to
Slide Boom, their slide show web site. Anyway, they've researched it until
they are blue in the face and can't find the problem. This is the error I
get:

Runtime error, invalid vector<T> subscript.

If anyone has a clue about what this error means, please enlighten me so I
can have an idea as to what the issue is with my PPT presentation.
