Error connecting a Project Professional 2003

My cenario:
Today, we have a Project Server 2003 up and running in production
enviroment. There´s a lot of clients that access this server through Project
Web Access and from Project Professional 2003.

I am setting up a NEW enviroment with Project Server 2007 (not upgrade). All
the stages of the installation had been effected with no problems. The users
who I created can access the new Project Web Access normally.
The problem is when they tried to connect from Project Professional 2003 in
this new enviroment. The following problem occurs:

The following files have been blocked by the administrator:
/projectserver/isapi/pjdbcomm.dll

I tried to look at the IIS configuration, but I can´t even find this dll on
the server.
I had a previous search in the Internet, but all the information about this
error, were from Project Server 2003.
Please, someone can help-me ?

Project Server 2007 does not support connections from Project
Professional 2003. Project Server 2007 requires Project Professional
2007 as a "fat client." Also, Project Server 2003 only allows
connections from Project Pro 2003 or 2002 (generally not recommended.)

Project Professional 2003 and Project Pro 2007 can be installed on the
same machine and each set to connect to the appropriate server.
