Error connecting to Project Server

We've been using Project Server for a long time. I just
got an error connecting to Project Server and I don't
know how to troubleshoot it. The error seems to occur
any time I try to access project server to update
status. I can get projects out just fine.

I get a dialog box that says:

An error coccurred while trying to access Microsoft
Project Server. This could be caused by the following:
low memory, some components might not be installed or
registered properly on your computer, some components
might have become unstable.

Try the following: free up available memory..., reboot
the computer.

Neither of those solutions work for me. We are using
Project Server 2002 and Microsoft Project 2002. I don't
see any details in the Project Server Spooler or any kind
of error code. If I try to use the web page to update
with project server 2002 loaded to just make the updates,
I get a different dialog with even less useful
information.

I get the same error when I press the "Test Connection"
button in the Properties dialog available from the
Project Server Accounts dialog.

Any direction to go would be appreciated. Thanks.
