Error connecting to ProjectServer

I have a Server 2003 Enterprise( current patches applied) configured with
IIS 6.0 and ISA 5.0 a


I have ProjectServer w/sp1 loaded correctly:

I can open Project Web Access locally OK

I can open via a client machine; http://192.168.0.69/ProjectServer, I am
challenged for appropiate username/PW and connect OK thru Browser


I go to Project 2003 Pro and use ;

Tools> Enterprise Options>MS Office Project Accounts> try to use the :

http://192.168.0.69/ProjectServer

with Windows Account info and get the following message when I test
connection;


The server at 'http://192.168.0.69/ProjectServer' returned the following
error to Project.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a
WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to
accept.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please try the following:

a.. Contact the Web site administrator if you believe you should be
able to view this directory or page.
b.. Click the Refresh button to try again with different
credentials.
HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to server
configuration.
Internet Information Services (IIS)







any helpw would be appreciated

Jim:

When using Windows Authentication, you should never see a logon screen when
accessing Project Web Access. This indicates that you're server isn't
configured properly. You should have Anonymous Access and Windows
Authentication checked on the virtual directory.
