I have a simple excel file which has 4 city names in A1 to D1
the file has 4 dollar amounts in A4 to D4
To create a chart in both cases described below I do the following
1- select A1 to D1
2- while holding the control-key down I then select A4 to D4
3- Click the Insert Tab and then under Charts click Column and select the
very first one...2D Clustered Column.
Now...
Using the same excel 2007 file on two different PCs one PC makes the chart
correctly(4 columns labeled correctly) and the other PC makes the chart
with five columns (repeating the correct first column a second time followed
by the other three correct columns).
the problem happens as described above no matter which chart type I choose.
Anybody got an idea what is wrong on the PC that gives me 5 items(columns,
pie-sectors....) instead of the correct 4 items.
Thanks
