Error creating mde file

I get the message "Unable to create MDE file" and it
suggests I have too many forms. I only have 12 forms and
most are small ones. I've not had this problem when I used
Access 97, only when I'm using Access 2003. Can anyone
help please? Note I'm running Access 2003 in English on an
Windows 2000 platform in Swedish which already had Office
2000 (not Access) installed in Swedish.
