Error: current header cahce file is invalid or corrupt

I am getting this error message on create new message, and there are NO
RESULTS on google for it!

"You current header cache file is invalid or corrupt. Do you want to replace
it with a new empty cahce?"

So if we say No,. it pops up again all the time.
If we say yes, we loose all the nicknames in the autofill list for the TO:
you know how you type in your common names, like ma...bring up a little list
of mark, martin, marcell, etc when addressing and email. Well that is the
header cache. And if we click OK on the error message, all those disappear
and we have to rebuild it each day whcih is annoying.
When we restart OUtlook is when it causes Outlook to loose the cache each
time.'

Anyone have any idea what caused this or whow to fix it?
