Error delegating tasks (Project Server2003, SP3)

Hi,

unfortunately we cannot use "delegate tasks" as we get an error
message after clicking the send button.

The error message is similar to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/274290
but as the code has changed I really do not know how to solve this
issue....

Is it possible that this error comes also along with our delegate task
problem?
