Not really. I use OneCare and Defender, and they've had no adverse impact on
Word as far as I've been able to tell (much less impact than Norton had, for
example). In fact, he only cited those in response to the suggestion that
the problem was being caused by the Norton Office Plug-in. Because of what
he's using, the problem isn't Norton.
I'm still waiting for boss manno to provide a better description of the
problem. He hasn't given us much to go on.
