Error Dialogue Box

J

John Finucane

I am running XP Home Edition, SP2. I upgraded from SP1 to SP2 via Windows
Update. Whenever I boot-up, and when XP appears to be completely loaded, I
get a copy of the 'Identity Log-in' dialogue box on the screen. I click
cancel on the dialogue box, and a 'message' is immediately displayed to the
effect that 'your client is incapable of the messaging you require. Click OK
and start-up Outlook to begin messaging'. When I click OK the 'message'
disappears and I am able to continue with my normal work on the PC. This
appears to have happened since I upgraded to SP2. Can anybody help to get rid
of this, please.
