Error downloading office templates

I encountered this error while I am trying to download a template from the
microsoft office template website:

"This template cannot be downloaded at this time because of a problem on the
microsoft office online server."

Anybody any clue?

This can happen if you've flagged a legitimate Microsoft.com digital
certificate as "Untrusted". You can check by doing the following:

In IE, chooose Tools | Internet Options.
Click the "Content" tab.
Click "Certificates"
Scroll all the way to the right.
Is there an "Untrusted publishers" tab?
If so, how many certificates are listed on it?
