Error during AutoArchiving - Outlook 2007

Hello All

When autoarchiving I get to a certain folder (GFK Television Survey) in my
outllook store and I get the error "Error while archiving folder "GFK
Television Survey" in store "Personal Folders". A folder by this name already
exists."

Does anyone know what this means as of course this (and numerous other
folders) already exist in my archive.pst store - and the new entries surely
should just get added to this folder in the archive store...

What is even more frustrating is this "error" seems to stop the
autoarchiving process rather than skipping this one and continuing.

Anyone got any ideas? All the autoarchive settings are at their default
values.

Empty your Deleted Items folder(s) and then run scanpst.exe against both
your main pst-file and your archive pst-file.
See if it still happens now.

Also, what is the size of those files?
Are they both UNICODE?

Hi Roady and thanks for your initial suggestions

Unfortunately no luck.....

Did all you suggested and still got the same error.

Both stores are unicode

outlook.pst is stated as filesize 803,590k
archive.pst is stated as filesize 5,954,096k

Not sure where to go from here.
