I'm trying to install Microsoft Business scorecard manager 2005 on a
virtual pc for a study.
I have set up all de settings as listed in de admin guide supplied by
Microsoft.
I get a go for installing BSM on the server half way during the
installation I get the error
Product: Microsoft Office Business Scorecard Manager 2005 -- Error
26204. Error -2147217900: failed to execute SQL string, error detail:
User or role 'administrator' does not exist in this database., SQL key:
SQLWeb3 SQL string: USE ScorecardServer DECLARE @dbowner sysname SELECT
@dbowner = SUSER_SNAME(sid) FROM master.dbo.sysdatabases WHERE name =
'ScorecardServer' IF NOT(@dbowner = 'administrator') EXEC
sp_addrolemember 'BPMDeveloper', 'administrator'
(source eventviewer)
I tried to see if all roles have been set for my account on the
database (Administrator)
And it seems like they are right.
I'm not very technical, but I try to check active dir and SQL
enterprise manager and they both seem to have the right roles.
Is there someone who could help me to get rid of this problem?
