Error during the validation process

Hello,

One of the project managers I work with gets a message error whenever he tries to validate a timesheet for a resource.

The message says : 'You need Microsoft Project Professional 2002 or Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 in order to perform this action'.

Microsoft Project 2003 is installed on his PC. We have tried to re-install it, but nothing has changed.

Does anyone know why he gets the error?
