Error during Word Installation

Has anyone gotten this error message during installing of
a MS WORD CD ROM?

Denied Access to OFFICE1.CAB

I have encountered this the last few times I have tried
to install the software and don't know how to fix the
problem.

Any help would be appreciated -- Torye
